I’ve had the privilege of working with Cathleen over the past 3 years, and I am truly grateful for her dedication and leadership in supporting the NorthSTAR OC Collaborative. Her vision, commitment, and passion for fostering innovation and empowering entrepreneurs have inspired countless individuals and provided them with the tools to bring their ideas to life.

From founding the Women of NorthSTAR (WON) networking group to creating invaluable opportunities for her partners, Cathleen has been a driving force for positive change. I have learned so much from her and deeply appreciate her as a role model.

3 memories come immediately to mind:

1. When I started leading Chapman University’s Letherby Center for Entrepreneurship and Business Ethics in 2017, Cathleen was among the first several people I was told to go and connect with. She shared her ideas and insights, making for a very valuable meeting for me.
2. She and I, and others, shared the honor of being recognized with TCVN’s Rocky Awards last December, also serving as another great opportunity to stay connected with her great work.
3. She and I had coffee together this week, and found we shared a love of music (“Angels from Montgomery”) and Scotland!
