Notice of Financial Incentive to California Residents

From time to time, you may have the opportunity to provide Personal Information in exchange for special promotions for swag and other items. For example, we require certain personal information from you to sign up as a ReelAmazing!™ Spotter. Members are able to compete for points for our leaderboard and may fun items or corporate apparel. Categories of Personal Information that we may collect when you sign up for a ReelAmazing! Spottr account: your name, screen name, and email address. If a physical item is sent to you then we would also need your address and phone number. We will not sell your personally identifiable information.

How to Opt In and Right to Withdraw

Signing up for the ReelAmazing! Spottr™ program is optional. By providing your Personal Information during the sign-up process, you affirmatively opt-in to the program. You have the right to withdraw from the program at any time. If you decide at some point to opt out of the program, you may submit such a request at any time by deleting your ReelAmazing Spottr™ account in your dashboard. This action is not reversible. It removes all personally identifiable data from our system. If you decide to sign up again. It will be a fresh account. Leaderboard points, and any other benefits that may be added in the future, will reset to zero.

How the Financial Incentive is Reasonably Related to the Value of Your Personal Information

The financial incentive is reasonably related to the value provided by your Information. We take into consideration, without limitation, the anticipated revenue generated from such information, the anticipated expenses that we might incur in the collection, storage, and use of such information, and the anticipated expenses that we might incur related to any offer, provision, and imposition of the Spottr™ program. Based on this analysis, the value of your Personal Information that allows us to make these offers and financial incentives is the value of the offer itself or as described in further detail below.

ReelAmazing! Spottrs™ accrue points for submitting information on characters, products, locations, etc. Spottrs™ are all highlighted on a leaderboard and may receive special badges, swag, or discounts.
